The Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Russian State Library invite central and municipal libraries of the country to take part in the Competition “Libraries: PROMOTION.”
In order to develop local community, cultural and educational tourism, develop interactive relations between Russian and foreign regions and municipalities, as well as in connection with the 160th anniversary of the birth of A.P. When forming collections, libraries must comply with requirements for the classification and labeling of informational media by age category, take measures to provide informational media appropriately regarding the age of visitors, as well as placing children's literature collections apart from literature for adults.
In the fall of 2020, the Academy of N.S. Mikhalkov, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, plans to implement a special project, “Metamorphoses: A One Day Festival,” which will tell about the work of the great classic authors, P. Chekhov and I.A. Bunin.
