The All-Russian Competition of Scientific Work in Library Science, Bibliography, and Bibliology

The Russian National Library extends the acceptance time-frame for applications for participation in the all-Russian competition of scientific work in library science, bibliography, and bibliology 2023 through September 25th.

The founder of the competition is the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the organizer is the Russian National Library together with the Russian State Library, and the Russian Library Association.

Research teams and individual authors are invited to participate, regardless of the departmental affiliation of the organizations in which they work.

The competition is held in the following categories:

  • The best scientific work in the field of library science;
  • The best scientific work in the field of bibliography;
  • The best scientific work in the field of bibliology;
  • The best scientific work of regional libraries;
  • The best scientific work of a young specialist under 35 years old.

There are also additional nominations from the national libraries of Russia.
