Grants of the President of the Russian Federation to Support Creative Projects

Grant applicants must be citizens of the Russian Federation who are active in the field of culture, art, or education, either as an individual or in an organization of culture and art, or in scientific and educational institutions, regardless of their organizational and legal form.
