“A Special Look - Online "

In February 2021, in the Volga Federal District, the information campaign, “Special Look - Online,” will commence.

“A Special Look,” is a program of the Art, Science and Sports Charity Foundation. The fund was established in 2006 by the entrepreneur and philanthropist, Alisher Usmanov.  Its goal is to preserve and popularize the cultural heritage, support the growth of science and sports of the country, draw attention to the needs of people with visual impairments, and create an accessible socio-cultural environment.  The Uncommon View program was founded in 2013 for people who see differently.  The goal of the program is to help people with visual disabilities, as well as support their relatives and friends, and those who care about this field. 

 Learning activities include the following:

  • "Distance learning classes in computer literacy,” 
  • "Teaching orientation and mobility for blind people",
  • "For parents: teaching children orientation and mobility",
  • "Self-service: cooking",
  • "School for special needs parents"
  • "Early and Preschool Aid Service".

In order to disseminate information about the activities of the fund and the proposals of the Special Look program, as well as to unite its target audience from among the blind and visually impaired citizens, in February 2021, an online information campaign called, “Special Look - Online,” is starting. The key event of the campaign, which will unite all prospective participants, will be holding two educational and informational webinars in February 2021, on the Zoom platform (to participate, install the program on your computer using the link provided):
