The Constitution determines the direction of the state's development and defines the rights and obligations of every citizen. On the occasion of the Day of the Constitution of Tatarstan, the library will host a book exhibition titled "The Day of the Constitution of Tatarstan." This exhibition is designed for a wide range of readers and includes materials on the history of the Constitution, the foundations of the constitutional system, and the history of the creation of the Constitution. The exhibition features books, encyclopedias, and reference materials on constitutional law, the history of the state, the state symbols of Russia and Tatarstan, and the history of the creation of the Constitution.
