The All-Russian Online Audiovisual Content Contest: "Reading as a Family"

In 2026, the Russian Knowledge Society ("Znanie"), with the support of the Council of the President of the Russian Federation for the Implementation of State Policy for the Russian Language and the Languages of the Peoples of the Russian Federation, is hosting the, "Reading as a Family," all-Russian online audiovisual content contest.

Applications are being accepted from March 26th through September 30, 2026.

Families with children can register on the contest website and submit a short video illustrating how reading plays a role in their lives—whether through discovering a new book, reading together, or creatively reinterpreting a text.

The 2026 contest categories include, "First Pages," and, "Reading Together," as well as the special categories, "Read with Us, Country!" and, "Connecting Generations."
