Today, there is no one in the vast expanse of our country who does not know the bright name of Pushkin, a name that has become an embodiment of Russia. For us, Pushkin is not only the greatest Russian poet, but also a reformer of the Russian language and culture as a whole. He serves as a bridge between different generations, connecting us all into a single whole. On February 10, 1837, Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin passed away in Saint Petersburg after a tragic duel with D'Anthes on the Black River. This sorrowful date has become the poet's Memorial Day and is celebrated throughout the country. The Ilbukhtinskaya Library will not remain on the sidelines of this event. On this day, during the day, there will be a literary hour "Read Pushkin Today".
