On May 9, in the village of Staroye Abdulovo, near the monument to the soldiers who fell in the Great Patriotic War, a solemn rally "Victory Lives in the Heart of Each of Us!" will be held to mark the Day of Victory of the Soviet People over Nazi Germany. The rally will be attended by home front workers, villagers, teachers, students, representatives of the local administration, and local business leaders. A special feature of this event is the "Immortal Regiment." Adults and children will stand side by side in the ranks of the Immortal Regiment, preserving the memory of the heroic deeds. According to tradition, wreaths and flowers will be laid at the memorial to the fallen soldiers of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
