War knows no age. In the face of its terrible destructive power, both young and old are equal. The children of war have different destinies, but they are united by a common tragedy, the irreplaceable loss of their beautiful childhood world. Their childhood was cut short on June 22, 1941. During the war, every child performed their own heroic deed – despite hunger and fear, they continued to study, sent parcels to the front, and worked in the fields, hardening their efforts to bring victory. Today, they are the last witnesses of those tragic days. Children of war... This is a special, tragic, and at the same time heroic page of our history, which we must cherish, remember, and pass on to future generations. The experiences of those who lived through this time are a true lesson in courage, responsibility, and love for one's homeland. Before the Victory Day celebrations, we will visit our fellow villagers and give them memorable gifts.
