The Decade of Persons with Disabilities is held annually from December 1 to 10 in Russia. The event is timed to coincide with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The purpose of the Decade is to draw public attention to the challenges faced by people with disabilities, as well as to ensure their rights in all aspects of public life.

 

 As part of the Decade of Persons with Disabilities, our library is organizing the "Care in Every Visit" campaign. We will personally visit our special readers at home to deliver warm greetings and small gifts. Let's give attention and a festive mood to those who need it most!
