They will share their thoughts on how to toughen up, observe the daily routine, and enjoy reading books about various sports and sports heroes. Then a sports quiz will be offered, where participants will demonstrate their knowledge of Russian proverbs and sayings about sports and a healthy lifestyle, solve riddles and solve a "Sports crossword puzzle" together. Those present will learn about how to strengthen their health, that physical education and sports are necessary to grow up healthy, strong and agile.
