From December 1 to 10, 2025, Russia will host the Decade of Persons with Disabilities, which is dedicated to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which has been celebrated annually on December 3 since 1992. The Decade of Persons with Disabilities serves as a reminder to everyone of the importance of attention, compassion, care, and assistance for individuals with disabilities, as well as the need to change society's perception of persons with disabilities and treat them as equals. It is an opportunity to demonstrate genuine human involvement through tangible actions and to show how people are receptive to the challenges faced by others.
