"Spring comes to us with Tukai"

On the spring day of the awakening of nature, on April 26, large-scale events are held in Tatarstan to celebrate the birthday of poet, publicist Gabdulla Tukai.
To foster the love of native culture and language among the younger generation, it is planned to hold a literary lounge in the Ishteryakovskaya rural library for students of the Ishteryakovskaya Secondary School, where the children will get to know more about the life and work of the poet Gabdulla Tukai.
Having lived a bright but short life (1886-1913), the poet entered the history of Tatar literature as a great folk poet who laid the foundation of national poetry and created its classical style. Already during his lifetime, he was recognized as a singer of the aspirations of the underprivileged masses, the people recognized him as their own and knew his poems by heart.
At the end of the event, the children will recite the poems of Gabdulla Tukay by heart.
