"Day of Remembrance and Mourning"
Set a reminder: / Upload to calendar
Each anniversary of the beginning of the war is a day of remembrance and sorrow, when they pay tribute to those killed at the front, in concentration camps, in the occupied territories. This tragic date will forever remain in the memory of the citizens of our Fatherland. The war claimed more than 27 million lives of Soviet citizens. On June 22, on the Day of Remembrance and Sorrow, the New Settlement Rural Library will join the tragic action as a sign of the common sorrow of the peoples, and deep gratitude to those who died for the future of mankind.
