On December 6, at the model Central Children's Library, as part of the "Book Weekends" project, library visitors will be able to celebrate the anniversary of the famous cartoon "Who Said Meow?"! The author of this beloved children's and adult fairy tale is the famous children's writer and animation artist Vladimir Suteev, whose works have long been an integral part of the childhood of many generations.
