On April 15, the Central City Library will host the local history retro festival "Chelny Berezhnye." The event is dedicated to the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. Guests of the festival will be able to plunge into the history of the city, get acquainted with historical documents, meet with local historians and connoisseurs of the city, hear songs and poems about their hometown.
