On April 4, the Yar Chally Festival of Arts and Local History will be held at the Central City Library. The event is dedicated to the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, its history, cultural heritage, and modern life. Guests of the festival will get to know the people who lived here in the past and those who create the creative and social atmosphere of the city today.
The festival program includes:
– An exhibition of paintings by Madiyar Khaziev, a People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan and an Honorary Citizen of Naberezhnye Chelny.
– A performance by the Vysotsky Author's Song Club featuring live music and poetry.
– Historical reconstruction of everyday life of the townspeople.
– Master classes “Rainbow of Ideas” with participation of folk craftsmen.
– Lecture on the topic “How to preserve the historical heritage and what the townspeople do for this”.
