Opening of the exhibition "Tukay in Fine Arts"

On March 12, at 15:00, the Small Picture Gallery of the Central City Library will host a group art exhibition dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the great Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay. The exhibition features 25 works of painting, graphics, and decorative and applied art. Famous artists of the city, Madiyar Khaziev, Riyat Mukhametdinov, Anatoly Pashin, Alexander Petrov, Sagida Sirazieva and others reveal the themes of the tragedy of the inner world in the portraits of Tukay, paint pictures of the village life of the old Tatar village, and also create illustrations for the works of Tukay. The book exhibition "The Fairy-tale World of Gabdulla Tukay" will be decorated.
