On December 4, the Central City Library will host a literary and musical festival dedicated to Volunteer Day.
The program includes performances by students from the Magic Country Development Center, the Beregini dance ensemble, performances by artists from the Ecorassvet public movement, an exhibition of creative works by Elena Erapolova, and an exhibition of creative works by Foat Zakirov.
