The librarian will tell the children about the writer Korney Ivanovich Chukovsky, his wonderful fairy tales and poems for children, and demonstrate his books that can be read in the library.

Then, they will read one of the writer's most famous and educational fairy tales, «Fedorino's grief» which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. The children will learn the story of the dishes that ran away from Aunt Fedora, which will help them understand important life values.

At the end of the event, the children will answer questions from a quiz.
