All nations of the world have cherished names that are never forgotten. On the contrary, as the historical life of a nation progresses, the moral image of those individuals who have devoted their lives to the benefit of their people becomes brighter and more memorable in the eyes of future generations.

During the event, the librarian will discuss how Prince Alexander Nevsky, a renowned military leader, defended Russia against invasions and preserved the Orthodox faith and cultural identity for his people during the most challenging times in Russian history.

The meeting will include a screening of excerpts from the color version of Sergei Eisenstein's legendary film "Alexander Nevsky."
