On February 13, at 2 p.m., the library will host a musical and poetic evening «I don't know a better city» to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the founding of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. Poems and songs about the city will leave no one indifferent. The participants of the evening will share their memories of the tumultuous years of building the "white city on the Kama" and their contributions to the city. The evening will conclude with the city's anthem, «Our Chelny».
