The Establishment of, "Stronger Together," Centers for the Socio-Cultural Reintegration of Citizens
The Russian Library Association invites you to review the regulations for activities of the library as a center for the socio-cultural reintegration of citizens, "Stronger Together."
The draft regulations were discussed at the all-Russian Library of Congress: The XXIX Annual Conference of the RLA, in Izhevsk. On August 12, 2025, the document was approved at the 124th meeting of the RLA Board, held in a hybrid format.
"Stronger Together," Centers for the Socio-Cultural Reintegration of Citizens, may be established at libraries using all systems and in all departments. The purpose of establishing these centers is to facilitate the implementation of state policy on organizing support measures for participants in special military operations, their families, and other categories of the population who found themselves in difficult life circumstances during the Second World War.
