The application campaign for the 1st and 2nd competitions, "On Guard of the Fatherland," is underway in the Republic of Tatarstan

From December 23, 2024, to February 4, 2025, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the ANO DO, "Republican School of Cinema Arts,” is holding the 1st and 2nd competitions, "On Guard of the Fatherland," for the best series of short videos aimed at forming a negative attitude towards terrorism, Ukrainian nationalism, and neo-Nazism, as well as exposing the crimes of international terrorist organizations and revealing the criminal essence of the ideology of terrorism.

The thematic focus of work for the 1st competition is a negative image of Ukrainian nationalism and neo-Nazism.

The thematic focus of work for the 2nd competition: a negative image of terrorism and extremism.

Both competitions are being held with the following nominations:

  • "Anti-propaganda"
  • "Civic position"
  • "Heroes of our time"
  • "Unity of power and people"
  • "Memorial"

A citizen who has reached the age of sixteen, and permanently resides in the Republic of Tatarstan, can take part in the competitions. Both individual works of authors and collective works of creative teams are accepted for participation in the competitions.

The deadline for accepting applications for participation in the competitions: is from December 23, 2024, to February 4, 2025.
