Art has always been the thread that unites people, stepping over borders and prohibitions. Naberezhnye Chelny is the best example of this. According to tradition, the Central City Library will delight residents and guests of the city with a festive program within the framework of the All-Russian action "Night of Arts" on November 3 from 16 to 19 hours. Participants of the "Night of Arts" action in the library will come into contact with different types of art. In the program: Opening of a personal exhibition of a member of the International Association "Union of Designers", head of the Design Department of the Kama Institute of Arts and Design Yulia Abyzova; Art Quiz "Mudrena-Matryona"; Meetings with famous Naberezhnye Chelny poets and musicians; Various master classes, educational quizzes and much more.
