MBU "Centralized Library System" of Naberezhnye Chelny from March 20 to April 18, 2023 invites everyone, children from 5 to 14 years old inclusive, to take part in the city creative contest of crafts and drawings "Man-made Spring". Crafts or drawings dedicated to folk crafts are accepted for the Competition. The works are evaluated according to the following age groups: from 5 to 6 years old; from 7 to 8 years old; from 9 to 11 years old; from 12 to 14 years old. Applications for participation in the competition, competitive works, receipts for payment of the registration fee are accepted (as a single package of documents) from March 20 to April 18, 2023.
