Imamov Vakhit Shaikhovich is a writer, a member of the Writers' Union, the chairman of the Naberezhnye Chelny Writers' Organization, and an Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan. On March 18, the writer will turn 71. In 1995, Imamov was awarded the G. Iskhaki Literary Prize of the Writers' Union of Tatarstan for his novel "Seit-Batyr." Since 1992, he has been a member of the Writers' Union of Tatarstan. Vakhit Imamov has authored over 15 books. The Semikeevskaya rural library will host a book exhibition titled "Vakhit Imamovka 71 yash." Library readers will also have the opportunity to learn about the writer's life and work.
