The Ishteryakovskaya rural library plans to hold a "Literary Battle: Who will read better?" on World Day of Reading Aloud. The competition for the best expressive reading is a chance to show your skills, feel the power of the spoken word, and discover familiar texts from a new perspective.

How does the battle work?

Participants choose a passage from a suggested list (classics and contemporary literature).

The performance time is up to 3 minutes.

The jury evaluates:

clarity of diction and speech rate;

intonation expressiveness;

emotional involvement;

understanding of the text and conveying the author's intention.
