"Queen of French Romanticism"
From July 1, a thematic regiment “Queen of French Romanticism” began to operate in the library reading room, dedicated to the 215th anniversary of the birth of the 19th century French writer George Sand (Aurora Dupin) (1804-1876).
For 40 years of literary activity, George Sand has created about a hundred works, in the center of which most often is the fate of a woman, her struggle for personal freedom, for justice, for high love.
The readers are presented works by George Sand ("Indiana", "Horace", "Consuelo", etc.), which were shot on beautiful films, imbued with romantic lyricism.
Our readers also did not remain indifferent to the works of the French novelist, as a result of a review of books, almost half of the publications presented at the exhibition, went their hands.
Present 11 people.
