Gabdulla Tukay went down in the history of Tatar literature as a great poet who laid the foundation of national poetry.

During the event, participants will get acquainted with the biography, interesting facts from the poet's life. A special place in the work of G. Tukaya is occupied by fairy tales, written in a simple, understandable language for children. Together with the librarian, children will remember the poet's favorite fairy tales such as "Shural", "Vodyanaya", "Goat and Ram",

Then the children will solve riddles based on the plots of Tukaya and answer the questions of a fun quiz.

In conclusion, children will watch the animated film "The Water Maiden," based on the fairy tale of the same name by G. Tukay.
