Applications for participation in the, "Genius of the Place,” project in 2025, are now being accepted.

Applications for inclusion of libraries in the departmental project of the Ministry of the Russian Federation, "Genius of the Place," in 2025, are now being accepted from October 1st to November 1st. Participation in the, "Genius of the Place," project is determined by competitive selection. Municipal libraries of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are invited to participate in the competition.

"Genius of the Place," is a project of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, implemented within the framework of the federal project, "Invented in Russia," and aimed at developing creative industries from the country's libraries. Four-hundred-twenty institutions from seventy-nine regions are already participating in the project.

Requests will be received from November 1st to December 1st and the winners of the competition will be decided. The winners will be announced from December 1st through 15th.

You can apply for participation in the project on the website univergeniya.rf. The results of the competitive selection will be published on the resources of the newlibrary.rf, univergeniya.rf, as well as on the official website of the Ministry of Culture of Russia.
