"Tukai is a spring of poetry"

On the occasion of Gabdulla Tukai's birthday (1886-1813), a book exhibition "Tukai – the spring of poetry" will be held in the Krugopolsky Library.
The works of art will acquaint readers with the biography and work of the Tatar poet, with his works. His work is represented by fairy tales for children, poems, about nature, about love for his native land, about honesty and justice.
Tukai entered the history of Tatar literature as a great poet who laid the foundation for national poetry and created its classical style. The poet's works are widely known all over the world and have been translated into many languages.
