The library will host the All-Russian action and the hour of remembrance "Blockade Bread", it is designed to remind of the courage of the inhabitants of Leningrad who survived the unprecedented blockade of a million city by enemy invaders. The key symbol of the All-Russian Memorial Action is a piece of bread weighing 125 grams - this is exactly the minimum rate of bread per person per day was established during the most difficult period of the siege of Leningrad. During the campaign, the story of that terrible time will be told. The result of the action will be the issuance of a piece of blockade bread.
