The Day of the Republic of Tatarstan is a holiday celebrated annually on August 30. On this day in 1990, the Supreme Soviet of the Republic adopted the declaration on state sovereignty of the Tatar SSR. It was an important step towards the formation of Tatarstan as a subject of the Russian Federation with broad rights and opportunities. A book exhibition "My Tatarstan" will be organized in the Krugopolskaya rural Library. The exhibition will feature books about the history of the republic, about the multinational culture and traditions of the peoples living in Tatarstan.
