By the "World Health Day" in the Krugopolskaya rural library, a book exhibition "Abc of Health" will be decorated. Its goal is to interest readers in literature about a healthy lifestyle, which implies proper nutrition, uniform physical activity, regular rest, everything that supports and strengthens the body. The exhibition will feature books and magazines on how to appreciate, strengthen and preserve health. The reader will get acquainted with the literature that will help to approach the issues of food choice and compliance with the diet correctly, will be able to learn about the characteristics of his body and how to take care of his health so as not to get sick.
