The children's poet Yoldyz Sharapova was born on April 10, 1962 in the village of Novye Tinchali in the Buinsky district in a family of teachers. Having received secondary education in her native village, she successfully graduated from the philological faculty of KSU. The first years after university she worked in the editorial offices of the magazine "Yalkyn", the newspaper "Sabantuy". In 1994, her first collection of poems "Antennaly barange" was published, which took second place in the "Book of the Year - 1994". Seven collections of poems for children have been released. Since 1995, he has been a member of the Writers' Union of Tatarstan. In 2002 she became the owner of the "Golden Pen". In 2004, she became a laureate of the A. Alisha Prize.
