Librarians provide opportunities for wide access to information for pensioners, people with disabilities. Information is books, magazines, newspapers, exhibitions in various fields, the Internet. Home service is of great help. We bring books to the house for pensioners, disabled people who do not want to be left alone with their problems, they need communication. Flexibility is required from the librarian when servicing those lying down, the ability to respond correctly to the circumstances, without focusing attention on the features of a disabled person among other library users.
