The annual All-Russian campaign "St. George's Ribbon". It is held in order to preserve the memory of the soldiers who died defending the Fatherland, and is timed to coincide with the 78th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The St. George Ribbon is a symbol of Victory, dedicated to the symbol of courage, bravery and respect for the people who won the Great Patriotic War. The St. George ribbon became an integral attribute of the awards, which were awarded for bravery shown during battles with an external enemy. Everyone who visits the library these days is awarded a St. George ribbon
