February 21 is Mother Tongue Day, a holiday that began to be celebrated not so long ago. This is a good reason to remember its meaning. On this day, everyone should think about their attitude to their native language, whether we speak correctly. And on this day, we must remember how many languages there are on earth, and each one should be appreciated. After all, language is the culture of the people. By this holiday, a book exhibition "Tugan telem-nazly golem" will be organized in the Staroabdulovskaya rural library. The exhibition will feature publications on the history of language and culture of speech, various dictionaries, reference books, encyclopedias dedicated to the native word, as well as literature on folklore: books with proverbs, sayings, riddles, fairy tales.
