The Battle of Stalingrad became one of the largest military operations of the Great Patriotic War. The battles took place at a turning point. Since 1943, the idea of the invincibility of the enemy has been shaken, the Soviet army has won major victories. The Battle of Stalingrad lasted from July 17, 1942 to February 2, 1943.
