A relay race of national memory, respect for the exploits of fathers, grandfathers, great-grandfathers, a relay race of readiness to defend their land, their people, their language, their name. "The St. George Ribbon is a symbol that unites millions of people in the country. And the meaning of this symbol has become broader over the past few years. If earlier it was associated only with Victory in the Great Patriotic War, today the St. George Ribbon is pride and respect for the exploits of defenders of the Fatherland in different historical periods.
