Fakil Safin is a poet, novelist, laureate of the Gayaz Iskhaki, Abdullah Alish prizes, laureate of the Gabdulla Tukai State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, Candidate of Philological Sciences, head of the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the Union of Writers of the Republic of Tatarstan. A book exhibition dedicated to the anniversary of the writer will be organized in the library. The exhibition will feature novels, novellas, collections of poems by the writer and articles about the life and work of F.Safina.
