October 16 is the World Bread Day. Bread is one of the most ancient and amazing products of nature and human labor. The library will host a thematic hour dedicated to bread, a symbol of life and health. During the event, participants will get acquainted with the history of the appearance of bread, discuss the topic “What professions are needed in order for bread to come to the table.” They will be able to show their knowledge about bread by answering quiz questions, remembering proverbs. Poems about bread and grain growers will be performed.
