Klara Garifovna-poet, Honored Worker of Culture of Tatarstan, winner of the R. Tukhvatullin Prize. She devoted all her creative activity to the glorification of the beauty of the Almetyevsk land, the works of oil workers, and the workers of the villagers. Klara Bulatova was born on March 18, 1936 in the village of Tatarsky Karamaly in the Sarmanovsky district of the TASSR in the family of a teacher. For the 85th anniversary of the poet, a book exhibition "Tugan yak'yrchysy" and a review of the works of the poet will be organized.
