October 30 - Day of Remembrance for Victims of Political Repression - is a memorable day in Russia. Millions of citizens became victims of political repression. Repression was applied by the state for political reasons and served as punishment in the form of expulsion from the country, exile, and forced labor under conditions of restricted freedom. Political repression limited the freedom and rights of persons who were socially dangerous to the state or the political system of the state. A book exhibition and meeting of fellow villagers dedicated to the memory of victims of political repression will be organized at the Kuzkeyevka rural library.
