Today is World Health Day, which has been celebrated annually on April 7 since 1950. On this day in 1948, the Constitution of the World Health Organization (WHO) came into force. The idea of World Health Day was put forward at the first session of the World Health Assembly in 1948. But previously this day was celebrated on July 22, the day of ratification of the WHO Constitution. WHO dedicates each annual World Health Day to a theme and conducts various promotional activities. A book exhibition on this topic will be organized at the Library.
