April 14 marks the 280 anniversary of the birth of Denis Ivanovich Fonvizin, a Russian writer. Russian Russian diplomat Nikita Panin was a writer of the Catherine era, the creator of Russian household comedy, as well as a state councilor and secretary to the head of Russian diplomacy Nikita Panin. Fonvizin, the founder of classical comedy, is a well-known publicist and literary critic. His work has been familiar since school. One of his famous works is considered to be the comedy "Nedorosl", in which the authors represent a different social system of the XVIII century. The exhibition presents books by D.I. Fonvizin, which are available in the library's collection.
