Chernobyl… In April 1986, this terrible word was heard all over the planet, announcing to the world the most massive catastrophe of the twentieth century – the explosion at the fourth power unit of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, which claimed the lives of tens of thousands of people. An hour of memory "Chernobyl: a lifetime of pain" will be held in the village library, within which information will be presented about how fragile the world around us is, about the radioactive disaster, about the feat of the liquidators of the accident. The event will be accompanied by a presentation "Chernobyl: a lifetime of pain". Poems and songs about the Chernobyl disaster will also be performed, in which poets, composers, and ordinary people tried to express the pain of the tragedy
