The history of the library

City library family reading No. 4 was opened in July 1965. 

The library is actively used Nizhnekamsk first builders. Occupying a tiny room is only 18 square meters, it nevertheless was the name of a district library and served as a methodological center. 

Twice changing residence, the library was always a reliable friend to your readers - a friend who always has the answer to any question. 

Since 2003, the library works in the format of the library family reading and visit its more than 5 thousand readers per year, more than half of them children. 

The library is family and leisure centre several nearby districts of the city. Serviced we are all book lovers, beginning with a toddler age and ending with an honorable retirement age.
