On November 30, 2020, the national and local history Department of the MBU "Centralized library system" of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny will organize the online literary festival "Magic pen = Tilsimlar Kalam".
The festival-competition is held online on the Central city library's Instagram page librarycbs_chelny.
The festival will be attended by famous writers of the city, as well as participants-contestants of the festival.
